Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000+ commission based Qualifications What We’re Looking For Active Virginia Real Estate License or currently pursuing your Virginia real estate license Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, driven, and committed to achieving your goals Coachability and willingness to learn and follow proven systems and processes Comfortable working in a fast-paced, competitive, and goal-oriented environment Strong time-management, organization, and follow-up skills Ability to build trust quickly and deliver an exceptional client experience Prior sales or real estate experience is a plus, but not required Responsibilities What You’ll Do Follow up promptly with qualified buyer and seller leads provided by the team Build strong client relationships and guide buyers and sellers through every stage of the real estate process Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments with prospective clients Present offers, negotiate contracts, and facilitate successful transactions Maintain consistent communication with clients from the initial consultation through closing Attend team meetings, training, and coaching sessions to continuously improve your skills and production Use the team CRM and established processes to manage leads, appointments, follow-up, and client activity Prospect for additional business opportunities and develop referral and repeat-client relationships Collaborate with the Inside Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to maximize opportunities and deliver an exceptional client experience #J-18808-Ljbffr EmpowerHome
