• 24-hour in-house coverage starting at 8am
• 15 - 16 patients per shift
• Level IIIB NICU facility
• NNPs assist with resuscitations, deliveries, and notes
• ECMO and advanced neonatal procedures required
• High-risk C-section attendance required
• Flexible scheduling -- 24 on/24 off or consecutive days
• Ongoing coverage potential
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
