Senior Scrum Master - INTL - India

We are seeking a Scrum Master with deep technical aptitude to join a large distribution client in Bangalore India. This person will be responsible for leading multiple cross-functional Agile teams as a servant leader. You will be expected to implement Scaled Agile practices relating to cross-team impediments, cross-team dependencies, PI Planning, release trains, and managing multi-layers of product owners. Other responsibilities include:
- Teach ad mentor multiple teams on lean, Agile, and Scrum principals
- Foster a Kaizen mindset within and outside the team
- Partner with Product Owners to be in sync, ensure alignment of the Product vision, goals, and delivery of customer-centric products and a healthy backlog
- Work with Agile coaches to co-create and refine terms for definition of ready and definition of done for backlog
- Participate in scaling adoption and scaled events, including cross-team planning, delivery synchronization, dependencies and systems-level inspect & adapt

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors Degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related fields
- 10+ Years Experience in the IT Industry on a scrum team
- 5+ Years Experience as a true Scrum Master
- 2+ Years support a scaled agile environment managing cross-team impediments and dependencies for 2-3 teams
- Technical aptitude and ability to speak technical jargon with product teams
Working experience with Confluence and Jira


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with Miro or Mural
- DevSecOps Knowledge - how Devops and Jenkins work
- ERP Systems Background
- Experience leading Agile Transformations
Advanced credentials from Scrum Alliance, Scrum Inc, Scrum.org, SAFe, or ICAgile
