Registered Nurse - CVOR

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced CVOR Nurse proficient in both scrub and circulate roles. This role involves caring for cardiovascular patients through all perioperative phases within a hybrid cath lab setting, utilizing advanced technologies in a rapidly growing healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and perform intraoperative cardiovascular procedures in a hybrid cath lab setting.
• Scrub during surgical interventions, ensuring proper instrumentation and supplies are prepared.
• Circulate patients and assist surgical teams to ensure smooth procedural flow.
• Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures, adhering to safety standards.
• Collaborate with physicians, technologists, and support staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical policies, documentation, and certifications.

Qualifications:

• Possess a current Colorado RN license or Compact license for Colorado practice.
• Hold current BLS and ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of high-volume intraoperative CVOR RN experience.
• Proven ability to scrub and circulate in a cardiovascular operating environment.
• Excellent critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills.
