This position is part of the Elevate Program—a paid, structured training and development pathway designed for those with curiosity for technology and a strong work ethic, even if you do not have prior data center or technical experience. As a member of the Engineering and Facilities team, you will support the operation and maintenance of critical electrical and mechanical infrastructure, follow detailed safety and operating procedures, and help maintain world-class facility reliability.
