Commercial Fleet Technician

Position Gordie Boucher's Ford Pro Elite Center of Menomonee Falls is looking to hire a Commercial Fleet Technician. We are seeking a skilled and dependable Commercial Fleet Technician to inspect, diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial and fleet vehicles. The ideal candidate will have experience working on medium- and heavy-duty gas & diesel trucks, vans, trailers, and fleet equipment while ensuring all vehicles remain safe, reliable, and compliant with DOT and company standards. Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial fleet vehicles Diagnose mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel engine issues Conduct inspections and complete DOT compliance checks Repair brakes, suspension systems, steering components, drivetrains, and electrical systems Use diagnostic software and tools to troubleshoot vehicle problems Maintain accurate service records and repair documentation Ensure shop safety standards and procedures are followed Communicate repair recommendations and vehicle status with management Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition Requirements 1+ years of experience working on commercial or fleet vehicles Experience with diesel engines is a plus Must be ASE certified Must have a good attitude, excellent customer service skills, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record Drug testing required Benefits We offer a strong benefits package including competitive pay, health insurance, dental, vision, cafeteria plan, and paid vacation days.
