The Role at a glance:

We are looking for a motivated catering attendant to join our experienced Constellation team in New York, NY. As a catering attendant, you will have the opportunity to provide superior service to our customers at catered events, helping to ensure the success of every event you work.

What you'll be doing:

• Boardroom Attendant – Key Responsibilities

• White-glove service: Deliver a high-end hospitality experience for executives and guests.

• À la carte orders: Accurately take and deliver individual food and beverage orders inside meeting rooms.

• Catering setup & breakdown: Set up, maintain, and clean up all catering stations before and after events.

• Bartending support: Serve as bartender for receptions or special events when required.

• Seated dinners: Assist with formal plated dinners, including table setup, food service, and coordination with kitchen staff.

• Meeting room reset: Clear, sanitize, and fully reset all meeting rooms after each use

• Preparing the banquet room or area for the event, serving customers, and cleaning up after the event.

What we're looking for:

• Must-haves:

• The ability to work as part of a team devoted to providing outstanding customer service.

• Have excellent communication and organization skills.

• Have excellent attention to detail and service knowledge.

Nice-to-haves:

• At least 3-5 years of banquet/wait staff experience.

Compensation Range

$24-$26 an hour.
