Must be fluent in Spanish/English - Up to $50,000 annually Salary: $50,000 - $50,000 per year A bit about us Our organization is seeking a Bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Experience Representative to join our Support Staff. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service, has a positive outlook, is personable, and reliable. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role and will be capable of effectively resolving customer concerns, providing support, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for each client. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints. Develop a thorough understanding of our services to provide accurate information to customers. Utilize customer feedback to improve our service and identify potential improvements. Promote a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times. Qualifications Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken). Minimum of 2 years of experience/Administrative role Proven ability to manage and resolve customer complaints and concerns Excellent listening skills with a personable and professional demeanor. Demonstrated ability to be reliable, responsible, and dependable in fulfilling obligations. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations.
