About the Role:

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.

Administer medication and monitor clients' health as directed.

Help with meal preparation and nutrition management.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Document client progress and report any changes to healthcare professionals.

Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.

Adhere to all safety and health regulations in the caregiving process.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in personal care is a plus.

Previous experience in a caregiving or personal care role preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lift and assist clients with mobility.

Compassionate and patient demeanor.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
