Position Highlights Full-time HM position 7 days on/7 days off schedule Monday through Sunday block rotation Day shift hours: 7am to 7pm Collaborative physician-led team environment Established hospital medicine program Professional autonomy with strong clinical support Access to TeamHealth's extensive clinician network and resources Paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and daily rounds Evaluate, diagnose, and manage hospitalized adult patients Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians and interdisciplinary teams Coordinate patient care and discharge planning Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently within the EMR Communicate effectively with patients, families, consultants, and hospital staff Qualifications Current Florida NP or PA license (or eligibility) Board certification as an NP or PA Prior hospital medicine, inpatient, internal medicine, critical care, or emergency medicine experience required Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team California Applicant Privacy Act: #J-18808-Ljbffr TeamHealth
