Pay Range: $30.37 - $43.06 per hour (based on skills & experience)
Overtime: Daily, weekend, and holiday premiums

What You'll Be Doing

As a Multicraft Maintenance Technician , you'll work in a fastpaced manufacturing environment performing a wide range of industrial maintenance tasks, including:

• Troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Diagnosing breakdowns and restoring equipment quickly and safely
• Performing preventive and predictive maintenance
• Working closely with production and other maintenance team members
• Continuously expanding your technical skills through paid training and advancement programs

No one expects you to know everything- PCA invests in training so you can grow your skills and earnings over time.

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn multicraft skills
• Ability to work assigned shift (2nd)
• Ability to work weekends and extended hours

Preferred (not required):

• Technical degree or certification (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Maintenance, etc.)
• Experience in corrugated packaging, printing, converting, or manufacturing

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Competitive hourly pay: $30.37 - $43.06
• 1.5x pay over 8 hours and over 40 hours/week

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• Starting salary for position: $30.37 - $43.06 per hour
• Bonus: Annual - Based upon achievement of plant performance metrics.
• Paid Vacation: 2 weeks per calendar year. Pro-rata Vacation during the initial year of hire based upon start date within the calendar year.
