Shift Manager

Job Overview This position is for a Shift Manager at an independently owned and operated McDonald’s franchise. The franchisee is the sole employer and is responsible for all employment matters. Responsibilities Lead and manage daily shifts, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service. Provide leadership to crew and other managers, ensuring high quality, service, and cleanliness. Plan shifts, monitor performance, and take actions to meet McDonald’s standards. Monitor safety, security, and profitability, and communicate with the next Shift Manager to facilitate smooth transitions. Help departments meet their targets and goals. Oversee food safety, inventory management, daily maintenance, and cleaning. Manage crew scheduling, training, and customer service. Qualifications Previous leadership experience, preferably in a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule.
