We are currently seeking a Test Lead - offshore to join our team in Remote, Bihār (IN-BR), India (IN).

"Owns the end-to-end testing strategy and quality governance for an on-premises code migration, including scope, plans, schedules, and release criteria.

Ensures functional parity between legacy and migrated code through regression, integration, and user-acceptance testing.

Leads data migration, reconciliation, and performance testing to validate data integrity, stability, and SLA readiness.

Manages test execution, defect triage, metrics, and reporting across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Mentors and coordinates test teams, tools, environments, and automation to support controlled, low-risk releases.
