Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $18 - $18 / hour*

What you'll be doing as a Compliance Specialist:

• Mock Purchases: Attempt to purchase age-restricted products (alcohol, tobacco, etc.) while adhering to strict guidelines and protocols

• Observation : Carefully observe employee behavior, including whether they ask for identification, how they handle the transaction, and their overall demeanor

• Documentation : Accurately record observations and details of the interaction using provided tools and forms

• Reporting : Submit detailed reports of each visit, including observations, employee responses, and any relevant information

• Compliance : Adhere to all company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards during visits

Available Shifts:

Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day), 2nd Shift (Evening), Weekends

Job Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady

• Must be in an age range where businesses will ask for identification to prove legal age for purchasing alcohol and tobacco items to ensure compliance

• Have a Valid Driver's License

• Proof of Auto Insurance

• Background check and Drug test required
