Must possess a Master's Degree or Ph.D. from an Accredited Speech/Language Pathology Program (or equivalent education/experience).
Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License (State & Status):
National Provider BLS Certification - American Heart Association (Required):
Years of Speech Language Pathology Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years preferred.
Experience in Outpatient Speech Language Pathology:
Experience Evaluating and Treating Patients with a Wide Variety of Diagnoses and Disabilities:
Experience Developing Individualized Treatment Plans:
Experience Working with Pediatric and/or Adult Patients (if applicable):
Specialized Speech/Language Pathology Training (if applicable):

- Specialized speech/language pathology training to meet departmental needs
- Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License (Required upon hire)
- National Provider BLS Certification - American Heart Association (Required upon hire)
- Specialized speech/language pathology experience may be required depending on department
- Master's or Ph.D. in Speech Language Pathology
- Oregon Speech Language Pathologist License
- National Provider BLS (AHA)
- Speech & Language Evaluation
- Outpatient Rehabilitation
- Patient Assessment
- Treatment Planning
- Clinical Documentation
