Warehouse Manager

WAREHOUSE MANAGER:

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, inventory management, fulfillment processes, and team performance. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in eCommerce and Amazon fulfillment environments, and working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).

This role is responsible for ensuring for maintaining a P&L, operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, timely order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and productive warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, shipping, and returns
• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff to ensure productivity and accountability
• Maintain accurate inventory records and cycle counts using D365 or similar ERP/WMS systems
• Coordinate fulfillment activities for Amazon, eCommerce, and other sales channels
• Monitor shipping performance, carrier relationships, and order accuracy metrics
• Develop and improve warehouse processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse best practices
• Collaborate with operations, customer service, purchasing, and logistics teams
• Analyze operational KPIs and provide regular reporting to leadership
• Manage warehouse equipment, organization, and facility maintenance needs

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

• 5+ years of warehouse management or supervisory experience
• Experience with eCommerce fulfillment operations
• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, FBA, FBM, or related Amazon logistics processes
• Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) or similar ERP systems
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with inventory management and operational reporting

Preferred

• Experience in high-volume distribution or omnichannel environments
• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and OSHA compliance
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
• Experience implementing process improvements or warehouse optimization initiatives

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures

Schedule

• Full-time
