Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social and mental functions
- Serve as co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups
- Assess patients, establish goals, and implement PT interventions (e.g., therapeutic exercise, gait training, manual therapy, modalities) appropriate for an outpatient context
- Monitor progress, document outcomes, and communicate findings to the care team
- Adjust treatment plans based on patient response and department objectives
- Ensure patient safety and adherence to regulatory and quality standards

Requirements
- Current California physical therapy license or eligibility for licensure
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy preferred
- Ability to work 40 hours per week in a 5x8 day schedule
- Strong communication and teamwork skills for interdisciplinary collaboration
- Demonstrated adaptability to travel assignments and new clinical environments
