As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Mary Wilson - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Responsibilities:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Prior insurance experience preferred.
- Property/Casualty license (must be able to obtain, current licensees preferred).
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

About Our Agency
- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in North Raleigh.
- Our office is open 9-5:30 Mon-Fri.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 1988.
- I am a second generation State Farm agent.
- I am a proud graduate of East Carolina University.
- We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
- Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, Crystal Excellence Award, Silver Scroll, Golden Triangle, and Bronze Tablet
