This role is ideal for a dedicated professional eager to provide world-class, outpatient orthopedic care and help patients recover from injuries, surgeries, and daily aches and pains.


The successful candidate will be the go-to expert for designing and implementing custom treatment plans. This is a pivotal role that requires a commitment to ongoing learning and a passion for delivering exceptional, patient-centered care.


Qualifications Required: • Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Program. • Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist in Virginia. • A passion for delivering exceptional patient care and achieving outstanding outcomes. • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Clinical Excellence • Design personalized treatment plans that could involve a mix of stretching, strengthening, and various modalities to help patients recover. • Lead patients through therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques to build strength and flexibility. • Track and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure continuous improvement. • Educate patients on injury prevention, proper posture, and how to move with confidence.


Collaboration • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, including orthopedic doctors and surgeons, to ensure patients receive the best possible care. • Communicate effectively to ensure coordinated care.
