Job Description Location: Kane, PA Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Pay: $26/hr + $0.75 Night Shift Differential Full-Time | Permanent Role Key Responsibilities: Administer medications, treatments, and monitor residents Supervise Nursing Assistants and ensure quality care delivery Monitor and document changes in resident condition Assist physicians during rounds and procedures Maintain accurate documentation (EMR) Support care plans and ensure compliance with regulations Requirements: Active Pennsylvania LPN License (or applied at time of interview) BLS (AHA) certification Strong communication and patient care skills Passion for working with elderly residents Nursing home experience is a plus (not required) Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
