Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 4+ years of upholstery experience, including 2 years in aircraft upholstery, OR 6 years of commercial upholstery experience.
- Experience in sewing, fabrication, aircraft interior upholstery, and custom carpet installation.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and material specifications.
- Leadership, mentoring, and teamwork skills.
