Job OpeningProvides and documents assistance to patients with activities of daily living and maintenance of a safe and clean environment under the direction and supervision of a registered nurse. Assisted Living units only: Responsible for assisting residents with activities of daily living as scheduled and reporting any change in status to the Charge Nurse.What We're Looking ForEducation: High School Diploma or GED, required.Experience: 1 year, preferred. 1 year of Assisted Living facilities only: experience working in long-term care or assisted living, required.Licensure/Certification: Completion of NAI program, required. Listed with the nurse aide registry as an NA I, required. Medication Safety - AME, required.
