Social Worker

EDU Healthcare is seeking an onsite Social Worker to support our district partners in Oswego, IL for the 2026-2027 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity to step in, make an immediate impact, and support a well-established program. Responsibilities: Provide counseling and support services for students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges Develop and implement behavior intervention plans and strategies to promote student success Participate in IEP and 504 planning and meetings as needed Collaborate with families, teachers, and administrators to support student growth and well-being Serve as a liaison between schools, families, and community resources Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and licensing requirements Qualifications: Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) Active state licensure or certification as a School Social Worker (per state requirements) Experience working with children or in a school setting preferred Strong communication, organizational, and advocacy skills Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, administrators, and families Work in a structured, school-based setting with evenings, weekends, and holidays off Access to CEU reimbursement, professional resources, and ongoing development opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr EDU Healthcare
