Shifts available

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Weekend options available

What you'll do

• Deliver high-quality nursing care based on individualized care plans

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor residents and report changes to the care team

• Document care accurately and thoroughly

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary staff

• Maintain compliance with facility, state, and federal regulations

What you'll need

• Active Pennsylvania LPN license (required)

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred — new LPNs welcome
