Senior Civil Engineer - Solar & Renewable Major Projects

Provide civil engineering leadership and technical expertise for renewable generation projects, from feasibility and acquisition through design and construction. Review designs and technical agreements, coordinate complex projects and stakeholders, ensure regulatory and standards compliance, and mentor engineers. Requirements: Requires a bachelor’s degree in an appropriate engineering field or a PE license, along with substantial engineering experience—typically eight or more years—and strong project management, organization, and communication skills. Preferred qualifications include 5–7 years of utility-scale solar project experience, onsite construction experience, a civil engineering degree, a PE license, and experience managing complex multimillion-dollar projects.
