Customer Service Representative - Level 3

This Customer Service Representative - Level 3 opportunity is only open to current MidwayUSA Employees in good standing. This Customer Service Level 3 position will be trained in and perform all Customer Service processes. The schedule for this position is to be determined. • Willingness to be flexible in shift assignments

What You Will Be Doing:

• Execute all customer service processes including assisting customers and employees over the phone, chat, and email
• Provide training to level 1 and level 2 CSRs on operations and processes
• Execute administrative responsibilities as assigned
• Execute level 1 & 2 responsibilities as needed

Salary Range: $21.75 - $25.75 per hour (commensurate with experience)
