We're looking for photographers who want to shoot real games, get their work in front of thousands of fans, parents, and players, and keep most of the money from every photo sold. What you'll do Shoot scheduled games at your local high schools (you pick which ones — we don't dispatch you). Upload galleries through our photographer portal at photographer.flowwnetwork.com. Set your own per-photo or full-gallery pricing. Make galleries free if you'd rather build exposure. Get paid via Stripe direct deposit. Tips are 100% yours. Sales split 75/25 in your favor. What we provide A FLOWW Network press pass with your name and a unique ID — gets you field/court access at participating schools. The whole platform: gallery hosting, watermarking, buyer checkout, refund handling, tax docs. We handle the tech, you handle the camera & editing. Promotion across our site, social, and mobile app — your name and a link to your photographer profile on every gallery you publish. Direct payouts through Stripe Connect (we partner with Prep Sports Central, a FLOWW Media company, for the payments infrastructure). Compensation 75% of every photo sale. We keep 35% to cover platform costs. 100% of tips (minus Stripe processing fees — we don't take a cut). Daily Stripe payouts to your bank account once you're set up. No salary, no hourly. You earn from what you shoot and what sells. Requirements Own your camera gear. We don't provide equipment. Comfortable shooting fast-action sports (football, basketball, soccer, baseball/softball, track). Reliable transportation to get to games. Age 16 or older. If you're under 18, a parent or legal guardian must co-sign your photographer agreement and will be the Stripe Connect account holder for payouts. Be able to commit to shooting at least one game a month (so your press pass doesn't go stale). US bank account for Stripe payouts. What we're not Not Getty. Not a stock-photo gig. You won't get rich here, but you'll be shooting real games, getting credited, and building a portfolio while actually getting paid for the work — which is more than most photo "opportunities" in this state offer. If we're a fit, we'll send you a photographer invite link, you'll sign the agreement, do Stripe onboarding, and you can start uploading galleries the same week.
