Assistant Store Leader

Responsibilities Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees. Maintain high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity. Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs. Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote the loyalty program. Maintain a clean, safe environment in compliance with health and sanitation procedures, ensuring the store is presentable and products are in stock.
