Sales Support Representative

Taylor DM Brands, formerly known as Amsterdam Printing, is seeking a Sales Support Representative to join our team! This role involves working directly with vendors to ensure timely order shipments, managing vendor communications, and handling various customer service duties.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering customer service calls and assisting customers with inquiries
• Processing vendor forms
• Handling inbound customer chats and ensuring a positive customer experience
• Maintaining strong relationships with third-party vendors
• Processing call tags
• Providing status updates and resolving concerns via phone/email
• Assisting with order management for timely delivery and invoice reconciliation
• Performing other tasks as required to meet team goals

Your shift will be:

• Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm EST
• Position available in Amsterdam, NY; White Bear Lake, MN; or Pompano Beach, FL

You must have:

• 2 years of related/relevant experience
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
• Independent judgment and problem-solving abilities

We would also prefer:

• Knowledge of promotional products and shipping methods

The anticipated hourly wage for this position is $18 - 19 per hour. The actual wage offered depends on various factors including qualifications, experience, skills, education, certifications, and location.
