You start your shift by arriving at the warehouse, energized and ready to tackle the morning ahead. You efficiently unload products from incoming trucks, ensuring every item is carefully handled and organized, maintaining the high standards Pella is known for. After completing the unloading, you load the products destined for job sites, meticulously checking each delivery to guarantee accuracy and quality.
