Project Manager

Engagement ManagerResponsible for leading the project including design, development, and delivery of data-driven solutions for clients in the insurance industry. Work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets to extract insights, build data pipelines, and develop reporting frameworks to support business decision-making.Perform advanced data engineering tasks like building and maintaining data pipelines (ELT/ETL), designing data models based on data warehousing concepts (e.g., STAR, Medallion architecture) and creating interactive dashboards using BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.Have experience in deploying solutions on Cloud platforms like SAS, Snowflake or AWS (Amazon Web Services), ensuring scalability and performance.Utilize strong client management skills to engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, and present findings.Demonstrate consulting experience by translating business needs to technical solutions, managing a team of analyst/engineers, and oversee workstreams to ensure timely delivery.Position may work at various and unanticipated worksites throughout the United States. Telecommuting permitted.Requires Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Advanced Analytics, or a directly related field plus seven (7) years of Project management experience.
