Moses Lake Community Health Center is seeking a friendly Customer Care Representative to be the first point of contact for patients, providing warm and empathetic service and ensuring accurate patient records. The role supports the medical team with scheduling and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include scheduling medical and behavioral health appointments, verifying patient information, making recall/outreach calls, and adapting to evolving workflows and systems with training as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr
