We are Expanding! Monmouth Integrative Counseling Services, LLC (MICS) is a private, group practice located in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. We are searching for like-minded practitioners to join us during this exciting time of growth and expansion. Client-centered, high-quality mental health care is our mission and MICS is looking for clinicians who share this goal and will bring motivation, compassion, empathy and professional expertise to our clients. We are currently offering $1,000 sign-on bonus for full-time applicants. Check out our website at to see what we are all about. MICS offers clients a truly integrative experience from therapy and medication management to free yoga, sound bowls, and nutrition Seminars. We are always looking to add more services to provide to our clients and encourage our team to bring their creativity and passion to the table.

MICS is seeking outpatient therapists with LPC/LCSW or experienced LAC/LSW licensure to provide psychotherapy services to individuals, children, adolescents, couples and families. We openly seek individuals who bring their unique ideas and skills to enhance the care of clients we treat and the communities we serve. The position is a combination of both in-person and virtual.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implements and maintains the Monmouth Integrative Counseling Services program mission, vision and principles in all areas of professional practice and conduct.
• Must adhere to the professional Code of Conduct and Ethics by the governing licensing Board (s).
• Conduct Biopsychosocial assessments, therapy, treatment planning and discharge planning in a professional and client-centered manner.
• Provide evidenced based treatments based on the Biopsychosocial Assessment and treatment plans.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with auditing standards.
• Effectively manage a caseload and calendar while providing quality, client-centered care.
• Assure continuous reimbursable sessions for assigned clients.
• Fully participate in staff development and training offered to enhance growth in accordance with professional standards.
• Proactively participate in planned supervision, case consultations and peer supervision with case presentation, conceptualization and treatment planning.

Qualifications:

• Valid licensure (LCSW, LSW, LPC or LAC) in the State of New Jersey
• Related experience providing treatment to one or several populations including children/ adolescents, families and adults.
• Committed to working 2 evenings per week.
• Part-time positions are a minimum of 12 hours per week.
• Hybrid schedule is a split of some days in person, some virtual.
• Demonstrate the organization's mission statement and cultural competency.
• Demonstrate time management, effective communication and strong organizational skills.
• Experience and/or comfortable with utilizing an EHR for documentation and record keeping.
• Demonstrate adherence to confidentiality policies and procedures along with HIPAA guidelines.
• Demonstrate flexibility with scheduling and the ability to prioritize both clinical and administrative tasks.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
• Must maintain CEU’s in accordance with the professional license requirements

Full Administrative Support

• We teach you how to use our electronic health record system and build your schedule
• All client referrals/new client inquiries completed on-site by administrative staff including insurance authorization and initial intake scheduling.
• We complete the clinician credentialing with insurance panels and manage the claims and client payment process
• MICS provides supervision for provisionally licensed clinicians (LAC/LSW) who are working toward full licensure.
• Work Location: Hybrid remote in Shrewsbury, NJ
