Experience gained through a combination of law firm and/or in-house roles, preferably at a global, high-growth, tech and/or publicly-traded company. Strong foundational knowledge of employment law and experience applying legal principles across jurisdictions. Ability to independently handle routine and moderately complex employment law matters, while exercising sound judgment regarding escalation. Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of people, collaborate with diverse business groups, and build strong working relationships. Ability to receive feedback and demonstrate continuous growth within the role. Strong problem-solving skills to digest issues, evaluate solutions, and recommend practical approaches. Excellent drafting, written, verbal communication, legal interpretation, and research skills. A commitment to professional conduct, excellence, and meticulous attention to detail, sometimes under time pressure.
