Job Responsibilities Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a residential treatment setting. Complete biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Facilitate group sessions and psychoeducation. Collaborate with medical, psychiatric, and clinical teams to support patient progress. Maintain timely and accurate documentation (with support from Heather AI). Support discharge planning and continuity of care. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Behavioral Health Field preferred. High School Diploma required. Minimum one (1) year of work experience in behavioral health field preferred. Or State SUD certification required if education is equivalent to High School or Bachelor’s level. License preferred. CADC I, II, or III QMHA or QMHP and willing to obtain a CADC CSWA, LPCA, LMFT, LCSW, LPC CPR‑AED and First Aid certification required.
