Cardiac Anesthesiologist

North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Cardiac Anesthesiologist to join their established and growing team. This unique opportunity offers a thriving cardiac practice with exceptional compensation. The role features a true 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off schedule, allowing for a highly rewarding career with significant time off. Responsibilities * Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures * Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent * Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients * Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia * Monitor patient status and perform interventions as needed * Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership Compensation * Base Salary - $600,000 Annually * Sign-On Incentive - $100,000 Benefits * Health, dental, vision, life, disability, AD&D * Generous PTO * FSA / HSA options * 401(k)/profit sharing * Fully paid malpractice coverage * Loan repayment & training assistance available Shift & Schedule * 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off * Approximately 26 Working Weeks Per Year Requirements * Board Certified/Board Eligible Cardiac Anesthesiologist * M.D./D.O. Degree from an accredited College of Medicine * TEE proficiency is required * Completion of Cardiac Fellowship * ECFMG and FLEX * Completion of approved residency in anesthesia * Currently licensed as a physician
