B2B Sales Representative (Energy Programs) — Immediate Start

What You'll Be Doing
- Make outbound B2B sales calls
- Speak with business owners and decision-makers about energy options
- Identify customer needs and present available solutions
- Build rapport and maintain professional relationships
- Follow sales scripts, processes, and company guidelines
- Accurately document customer information and sales activity
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Deliver a professional, positive customer experience
You'll Be a Great Fit If You…
- Are comfortable speaking on the phone and communicating clearly
- Are goal-driven and motivated by performance-based pay
- Can handle objections and stay positive under pressure
- Are dependable, punctual, and responsive when scheduled
- Have any sales experience (a plus, not required) (Call center experience is also a plus.)
Pay & Schedule
Pay: $12.00/hr + uncapped commission + weekly attendance bonus The more you sell, the more you earn—there is no commission cap.
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Availability: Open availability is required.
