Student Administrative Aide 1 The Administrative Aide 1 position will support the Law Academic Affairs Office in various administrative and operational tasks. Responsibilities Assisting with day-to-day operations of the department. Helping with shredding confidential files and assist with the distribution of mail. Answering and operating departmental phones, emails, or other correspondence. Supporting department with proofreading documents and lists. Answering student, faculty, staff, or University visitor questions Providing customer service and following the department's professional dress code policy. Updating and maintaining departmental files Demonstrating professional verbal and written skills. Helping with exam sessions by assisting the office with distributing exams to the required departments. Other duties may be required.
