Machine Operator

We are seeking dedicated machine operators to ensure efficient and safe operation of state-of-the-art equipment in our high-tech facility. Your role involves producing high-quality products, managing finished product packaging, inspecting equipment, performing preventative maintenance, completing paperwork and data entry, and maintaining a clean and organized production area. You will collaborate with other operators, quality technicians, and supervisors to ensure smooth processes.

• Operate state-of-the-art equipment that processes and packages beverages in cans and bottles.
• Collaborate with team members to produce quality products meeting customer needs.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and devise solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency.
• Change over and adjust equipment between production runs.
• Accurately manage inventory using an inventory management system.
• Operate a forklift or pallet jack to move pallets of raw materials.
• Maintain sanitation of the plant and equipment.
• Assist with performing quality checks on products.
• Keep production area clean and organized.
• Attend production meetings.
• Complete necessary paperwork.
• Troubleshoot and communicate process or equipment issues.
• Utilize computer skills to work with the ERP system and other programs.
• Assist in other facility areas as needed.
• Follow food safety and regulatory policies and procedures, report concerns to Production or Quality Manager.

• 2+ years of machine operating experience in a production environment.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 60 lbs.
• Troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in high-speed production.
• Preventative maintenance expertise.

• Prior food production experience preferred, but not required.
• General labor and mixing experience.
• Proficiency with batching, calipers, assembly, inspection.
• Ability to use hand and power tools.
• Forklift operation skills.
• Strong computer skills and programming knowledge.

Our facility, built in 2018, is state-of-the-art with virtually new machines, forklifts, and conveyors. It is well-lit and meticulously clean, offering a bright and welcoming work environment. The position follows a 2-2-3 schedule from 6pm to 6am with additional incentives for night shifts and attendance.

This is a Permanent position based out of Neenah, WI.

The pay range for this position is $47236.00 - $47236.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Neenah,WI.
