We are seeking a skilled Hardware Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing various types of hardware in residential and commercial settings. This role requires attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Install a variety of hardware, including door closers, door keypads, cabinets, and restroom fixtures.
- Measure and cut materials to specifications.
- Ensure all installations meet safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople and contractors to complete projects on time.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with other team members.
- Perform related duties as required or assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in door hardware installation.
- Strong knowledge of tools and techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor.
