Respiratory Therapist

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our healthcare team in Bandon, OR. This role provides critical respiratory care services to patients in both acute-care and emergency settings. The ideal candidate is skilled, compassionate, and eager to make an impact in a community-focused hospital environment. Responsibilities Provide high-quality respiratory care to patients across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings. Perform assessments, treatments, and diagnostic tests related to pulmonary function and respiratory therapy. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to develop patient care plans. Respond to emergency situations including code blues and rapid response calls. Accurately document patient care in the EMR (EPIC experience preferred). Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Qualifications Graduate from an approved school of Respiratory Therapy. Associate of Science Degree in Respiratory Therapy (required). National Board of Respiratory Care (NBRC) credential (required). Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (required). Minimum 1 year of experience in respiratory therapy and pulmonary medicine within an acute-care setting (required). EPIC EMR experience (preferred).
