Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Management Analyst to join our team! As a Management Analyst, you will be investigating the operations and procedures of a management team or company and identifying places for improvement or change. You will also be gathering data and building frameworks for producing reports and offering recommendations for changing and improving new systems and procedures. The ideal candidate has experience with Analytics, strong attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Study data and management procedures with an eye for improvement and change
• Make recommendations for changes to policies and procedures to streamline production
• Observe actual management techniques and real-time processes to better understand issues
• Communicate with other departments, management, and coworkers to gain insight, while developing strong working relationships

Qualifications

• Previous experience with Management Analysis desired
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational skills
• Experience with data management
• Strong multitasking skills, with the ability to shift priorities as needed
