Provide exceptional customer service to members across the club as needed, answering any questions they may have. Maintain a clean, neat, and member-ready area. Receive & stock merchandise in an organized manner. Maintain inventory so that there is no out-of-stock or over-stock products. What you’ll do includes: Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products; collaborate with cross-functional teams; help educate other associates; communicate effectively and provide customer service; be flexible to the needs of the business and work in other areas. Be an Expert: Understand processes and specifications related to quality of various produce; prepare products according to established standards; maintain product safety and follow sanitation guidelines; adhere to applicable laws and regulations. Be a Techie: Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld technology for immediate business decisions; adapt to new tools and encourage others. Be an Owner: Drive performance of the area using digital tools and inventory management techniques; ensure quality and date control; eliminate waste; guide peers and address customer needs. Be a Talent Ambassador: Advocate for the department and club by valuing the member's experience; execute basics at highest possible level; exhibit energy, commitment, and passion. Comply with company policies and ethics; apply them in business processes. Complete work assignments using policies, data and resources; collaborate with managers, co-workers, customers; identify priorities; communicate progress; recommend improvement opportunities; adapt to change and learn from feedback. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. You will be required to complete all job‑required trainings and assessments within a prescribed time period if you receive the position. Job Compensation The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $25.00. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
