What You'll Do Be the Client Experience Champion You’ll often be the first voice clients hear and the person they trust to help navigate their requests. You will: Serve as a key point of contact for clients, providing prompt and thoughtful support Coordinate meetings and communications between clients and advisors Ensure every client interaction reflects professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail Keep the Operational Engine Running You’ll help ensure that the behind-the-scenes work supporting our advisory practice runs smoothly. Responsibilities include: Opening and maintaining investment accounts Preparing and processing client documentation Coordinating asset transfers and account updates Monitoring requests to ensure timely completion Supporting client events and marketing initiatives Support Investment and Money Movement Requests Working closely with advisors and operations teams, you will help facilitate account activity, including: Processing trades and transaction requests Initiating wires, ACH transfers, and internal account journals Tracking requests through completion while maintaining strict accuracy Prepare Advisors for Meaningful Client Conversations Your organization and preparation will help advisors focus on delivering great advice. You will: Assemble client meeting materials and portfolio reports Update CRM systems and maintain client records Capture meeting notes and coordinate follow-up items What Makes You a Great Fit Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail A natural communicator who enjoys helping people Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactive—someone who anticipates needs rather than waits to be asked A collaborative team player with a strong work ethic What you have Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required. Experience in the financial services industry preferred, but not required. Series 7, 63 and 65, or 66 strongly preferred or if unlicensed able to obtain licensing within
