Join our team at Collingswood Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as an Admissions Assistant!

Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services. Full-time opportunity available Monday-Friday $40,000-$75,000 per year.

Responsibilities for Admissions Assistant:

• Obtain the resident/guardian signature on all required permits, releases, and authorizations, etc.
• Conduct tours with prospective residents and their families, providing detailed information about our services, facilities, and care options
• Maintain a current listing of all residents & assigned room numbers.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, social workers, and family members to gather necessary documentation and manage admissions paperwork
• Maintain a resident waiting list in accordance with established policies & procedures.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications for Admissions Assistant:

• Minimum 1+ years in a related Admissions or Business Development position within long-term care or related healthcare setting.
• Previous health care community relations experience.
• Must have a strong sense of urgency, self-motivation, and goal orientation.
• Ability to work flexible hours as admissions and marketing responsibilities may dictate
