General Manager - Allen

At Fitness Connection, our General Managers are more than operators - they are frontline leaders, motivators, and culture-drivers. They lead by example, get their hands dirty, and know how to balance performance and people.

We're hiring high-energy, results-focused leaders to take charge of our clubs, grow strong teams, and create amazing member experiences. This role is built for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves developing people, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

What You'll Do:
• Lead from the front. You're the face of the club, setting the pace, driving the culture, and leading by example - especially when it comes to sales.
• Coach your team. You'll guide and develop your Sales Manager and Operations Manager, who each lead their own teams of Fitness Consultants and Connection Specialists.
• Own the sales floor. Whether it's generating leads, closing memberships, or boosting revenue, you're actively involved and visibly engaged.
• Keep the club running strong. From cleanliness and staffing to scheduling and service - you'll be hands-on with day-to-day operations and accountability.
• Grow people and performance. Your job isn't just to hit the numbers - it's to build a team that wants to hit them, and knows how.
