Interim HR Generalist

The Interim HR Generalist will provide full-time support across a broad range of HR functions during a period of increased team demand. This role will focus on employee relations, HR administration, attendance and timekeeping support, onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day employee inquiries. The consultant will work closely with leadership and employees to ensure HR processes run smoothly and employees receive timely support. Worksite Location: Onsite – Bloomington, MN Salary Range: Hourly rate between $38-$48, DOE Benefits: Versique benefits include medical, dental, vision, accident/critical illness insurance, MN ESST, MN PFML, and a 401(k) with company match. Roles & Responsibilities Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers Assist with attendance tracking, timekeeping processes, and employee documentation Support onboarding, employee records management, and HR administration Respond to employee questions regarding policies, procedures, and HR programs Handle first level employee relations concerns and elevate issues as appropriate Support HR compliance initiatives and documentation requirements Partner with HR leadership on employee communications and workforce support activities Maintain accurate employee data within HR systems Assist with special projects and HR operational initiatives as needed Required Skills & Experience Proven HR Generalist or HR Coordinator experience Strong employee relations and employee support background Experience with attendance management, timekeeping, or hourly workforce environments preferred Knowledge of HR compliance and HR administrative processes Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience working in manufacturing, operations, or production environments is a plus Experience with HRIS platforms, particularly Workday, is preferred About Versique Versique: /ver-seek/ adj. being both versatile and unique; n. a high-performance recruiting firm specializing in executive leadership search, direct hire, and interim hiring solutions.
