Customer Service Representative

We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Shipping and Receiving Clerk to be the first point of contact for incoming inventory and the last point of contact to assist customers in order purchases. In this role, you'll assist in unloading incoming freight pulling and shipping customer orders and making sure the customer receives an accurate order and a positive experience. If you have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and enjoy helping people, we’d love to have you on our team.

Responsibilities

• Process orders for customers in a timely and correct manner

• Process incoming freight and put away to assigned bins

• Provide basic information to callers who have general inquiries

• Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise

• Provide general administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying

Requirements

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively with customers, vendors and employees while handling multiple tasks simultaneously

• Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check
