Job Opportunity – Operating Room RN (Seasonal Travel) – Colorado

Start Date: September 28, 2026

Location: Englewood, Colorado

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, weekend assignments (Friday/Saturday/Sunday or Saturday/Sunday/Monday). On-call requirement: 2 twelve-hour call shifts per month plus 3-4 evening call shifts (5:00 PM – 7:00 PM) monthly.

• Work in a 408-bed acute care hospital with 14 state-of-the-art operating rooms including 1 hybrid cardiovascular OR, 1 cystoscopy suite, and 12 multipurpose ORs
• Seasonal travel assignment offering valuable OR experience across diverse surgical specialties
• Weekend-focused schedule ideal for maximizing earning potential
• Modern surgical equipment including Stryker video systems and Meditech EMR
• Comprehensive surgical case mix including angioplasty, appendectomy, biopsy, and orthopedic/spine procedures (no transplant)
• Collaborative team environment with experienced staff including 60 FTEs across RN, CST, PCT, and specialized service line roles

Requirements:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum 1 year of current hospital acute care experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong circulating and scrubbing experience preferred
• Meditech EMR experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize patient experience
• Adaptable personality with flexibility to accommodate changing surgical schedules and case types
