Responsibilities Supports the selling, service, and operations of the store to achieve an engaging and inspiring environment Acts as a brand ambassador and reflects the company values; partners with the leadership team on creation of an engaging visual experience Creates selling initiatives that enhance the customer experience Guides the team to prioritize customer service and styling recommendations Participates as the manager‑on‑duty by driving engagement in each zone Supports the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent Sustains daily operating standards and assesses sales forecasting Utilizes company tools to analyze business opportunities within product placement Collaborates with key partners to execute shipment processing and restocking Leads with an inclusive and people‑first philosophy; engages employees Qualifications Love for the FP brand 1+ years store leadership experience Experience being a team player Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
